- Download and install Mingw

- Open VisualWx and from menu "Options\directory" set directories MSYS,Mirc and wxWidgets
- Build wxWidgets (menu "tools\build wxWidget" )
--- Select build option ( default value is "release-shared" and "debug-shared")
